Most clients reach clarity in about three sessions. Others come for a single targeted service - a resume, interview prep, or an offer negotiation - and that's perfectly welcome too.
Coaching is $310 per session, with a 3-session Career Clarity Package at $875. Standalone services range from $150 to $450 - you'll find the full list on the Services page.
For coaching, you pay at the end of your final session. For deliverables like resume writing, it's usually half up front and half on completion. We'll always make the details clear before we begin.
Life happens. We just ask for at least 24 business hours' notice; sessions cancelled or moved with less notice are charged at 50%.
No honest coach can promise that. What we do promise is a clear plan, strong materials, and the skills to run a confident search - the result is real momentum and well-matched opportunities, not a single “perfect” job.
